New CEO of “BITĖ Group”

Today Maarten van Engeland, 47, has been appointed as the new CEO and Chairman of the Management Board of “BITĖ Group”.Maarten van Engeland comes from the position as Executive Vice President for TDC Solutions, where he was leading installation and services business. Before that Maarten van Engeland held managerial positions for over fifteen years serving as Managing Director for Falck Securitas A/S, Executive Vice President for ConstructorDexion Ltd., Executive Vice President for Nilfisk-Advance A/S and Managing Director for ISS Darenas International A/S.
"BITĖ has developed and grown significantly with Jesper Theill Eriksen as CEO, and together with his team in BITĖ he has done an outstanding job. Maarten van Engeland replaces Jesper Theill Eriksen who in his two years as CEO led the company to its current strong position in the Lithuanian market and highly successful start of the activities in Latvia last year. Starting from 23rd January, Jesper Theill Eriksen takes new role as CEO of „TDC Switzerland”.
